    I'm guessing: three-picture deal, $50 mill.

Would you really want to piss off Zack Thomas that much? (Taylor is still married to Thomas's sister, right?)

    I wouldn't. But I'm not Jason Taylor.

If the Steelers could make it happen, it would be great to see him finish his career at home in Pittsburgh.

I don't see how that would work. Aside from the team's lack of cap room, he would be a terrible fit for that defense. I can't see him wanting to deal with the switch to outside linebacker at this stage in his career.

As I recall, the Dolphins already had him occasionally flexing to LB. And is Tomlin totally committed to the 3-4?

That said, considering both Taylor's age and his newfound love for bright lights, I wouldn't break the bank to get him.

I don't know if Jason really cares all that much about the Thomas':

Wonder how that would affect the salary cap?

I think he'll have a decent Hollywood future, but can you name another actor who has never been in a movie or TV show before who got a $10 mil plus picture deal...

If he's smart he'll follow The Rock's lead and build slowly...

That's why I asked the question. Didn't realize they had gotten divorced.

pseudo, so far Tomlin does seem to be locked into the 3-4. Even Taylor was ready to go to LB full time, I just can't see it.
