I'm not sure you could field a team of players more reprehensible than Kidd.

hey shitforbrains, if you wanted to win a title, you would have signed with the Spurs for a few million less. Oh yeah. But then you wouldn't have max money and then you wouldn't be the center of attention and the entire organization wouldn't live in abject fear of upsetting you and Joumana.

What a turd. Hope the Nets keep him and his pounding head for the duration.

Nets should trade him to the Knicks.

Cuban is losing patience with Devin Harris. Kidd may well be a Maverick for a second time.

Yes .... really. (he he he he he he)

Unless its for a bargain basement price, that'd be damn foolish. Kidd's in his 14th season and has a TON of mileage. In the entire history of the NBA there's only been one point guard who was able to keep playing at an elite level after 14 seasons (Stockton) and I wouldn't bet on Kidd being the second.

OK but keep Toni Braxton away from the arena.

Amazing thing is every NY area paper has this story this morning except the NY Times... They had Beck and George Vecsey at the game and both used the "migraine" excuse.

Somebody should smack Kidd around, see if that cures his migrane.

According to Wojnarowski, Kidd wants to play with another star (and here ole Vince Carter thought he already was) and his preferred destination is the Lebron James Cavaliers.

Yeah, Carter's not a star? What about Richard Jefferson, who's averaging 26 points per game this season and by all accounts is only going to improve? What a moron (Kidd, not you :-D )

Strange how Yahoo slaps "Exclusive" on that and Woj writes "told Yahoo Sports" when the New York Post, The Record and The Star-Ledger all had this on their websites well before Woj did.
I was told by someone at the Meadowlands last night that Woj didn't even get a whiff of this until after the game while most of the beat guys (how the Times missed it, I'll never know) we running this down during the game.

    But it's a Yahoo exclusive.
