Glad you find the outing rules boring.

The 2002 race for Georgia's Senate seat was between Saxby Chambliss and Max Cleland, who had lost three limbs and won the Purple Heart in Vietnam. Chambliss' attack on Cleland's patriotism was well documented throughout the campaign, as Chambliss criticized Cleland for "breaking his oath to protect and defend the Constitution." He also aired a TV ad attaching images of Bin Laden to Cleland.

--GOP rep Jean Schmidt opined on the House floor that "cowards cut and run, Marines never do." she was saying this in reference to John Murtha, who unlike Schmidt was a Marine.

Those are two of the very many times this happened during the Freedom Fries era. For someone who can post so much anti-Dem stuff, you sure do seem remarkably uninformed about GOP matters.

You know exactly what I'm saying and it has nothing to do with the rules being boring.

But, I've never seen you criticize it.

    You can call Schultz nuts.

But can you call him wrong?

At least three of those (maybe more, I'm not familiar with all of them) were written in direct response to 9/11.

I don't think a Republican President had anything to do with those songs.

"Republicans were constantly accused of questioning Dems patriotism. But did they ever really do it?
It was mostly a strawman set up by Dems to be knocked down and to deflect other criticisms."

I love that post so much, I'm going to put it in my sig.
