Is this a conflict of interest?

    If she is a medical doctor and has access to the patient because of that, I think it is a real conflict of interest for her to take a picture of the kid on a stretcher, unless the parents approved.

    Not knowing all the details, I don't know how I feel about the paper running it.

    (Oh and shouldn't this be on the journalism thread?)
