    Mike Marshall, manager of the Chico Outlaws, and Phillips, 3B for the Yuma Scorpions, get into a fight in an indy ball game, with Phillips dropping Marshall with a punch. I can't believe Phillips is still playing.

    Oh, Jose Canseco is Yuma's manager.

    How does Marshall file charges on Phillips? It seemed from the video that Marshall went at Phillips first physically, and Phillips responded by dropping him.
