What's so civil about war anyway?

 

If you would have put aside your prejudice long enough to read the words under the pictures in your history book, you might have learned that most of the mountain South was pro-Union and anti-slavery. A field trip to West Virginia might refresh your memory.

After that, maybe you can learn that hillbilly isn't a synonym for redneck.

There are military bases in every state. States wanting to secede would have to raid them and their munitions to have a chance. That would mean organized efforts involving hundreds of thousands of people. You don't think the federal government's CIA would be able to sniff out mass, organized efforts like that. Poof, on the terrorist watch list you go and the crushing of you commences.

 

Thought CIA's charter banned such domestic activities.

Yep, thus all the chatter over immigration. But, truth be told, it started well before the 1990s.

 

Why is everyone assuming North vs. South? What about middle America vs. the coasts? Divide and conquer!

 

And as I alluded to earlier, why assume there would be only two "sides" to another war between citizens of this country? Or, for that matter, that it would feature conventional tactics?

That thread got locked at the mention of a civil war. My answer, there will be unless the liberals confiscate the guns first. But the rule of law they put us under will be horrendously worse than the civil unrest and, yes, war that will break out on multiple fronts....economic and social to start. It won't be state vs state but war within each state....street to street, neighborhood to neighborhood. It could be state oriented but again only if Liberal rule hasn't been sealed by the annexation of yellow dog illegals. First amendment rights as they relate to social issues and a growing silencing of non PC speech by the feds will also be at the core of the revolt,

 

So who will you know who to shoot at?
