    Max:
Your thoughts on the following topics if you please.

    The DH.
    Derek Jeter.
    Whitney Houston.
How many toes do you have?

Well then you sold yourself short. Don't do that in a job interview.

Maybe people just got tired of being assholes? Or grew up? Or went away?

The DH? Few moments in my life as a Mets fan are better than Bartolo Colon hitting his first homer against SD last year—as a 42-year-old.
Derek Jeter is a deserving first-ballot Hall of Famer at some point in the future, and an American athletic and cultural icon regardless of the logo on the front of his jersey.
Whitney Houston has a great voice and some of her songs are, I'd say, in the pantheon of American music.
How many toes should I have?

    DH. Fair enough.
Jeter. Good Call. Little Manky-like, but I can live with it.
Houston. First of all, had. Second of all, when you say some, how about 1 or 2.
    Toes. 8.

How do you like your steak?
What about ketchup on steak? On hot dogs?
