Hey, hey, laobserved.com noticed Moddy's efforts.
    The pipeline is truly amazing.

The LAObserved piece also hit poynter, and that is where I saw it.
I don't normally dive too deep into the Zell hatefest that is LAobserved, but much thanks to The Good Doc for righting my link laziness.

Umm, ohhh-kay. I suppose one could draw that conclusion about laobserved, since they have had plenty of entries about the Zell takeover of Tribune. But it's only the biggest newspaper in town, and the only one (besides OCR) ostensibly still trying to practice decent journalism. You'll have to forgive them for devoting some time to Zell's consistent mishaps and the LAT's problems (financial and editorial) the last few months.

LAObserved is a tremendous site. Lots more on there than a "Zell hatefest".

    I keed, I keed.
LAObserved is a pretty good window into the SoCal media world even though I am a distant observer. I was just hoping that the good peeps behind the site, since they pay such close attention to the goings on at SportsJournalists.com, would give another shoutout to the Moddy.
Moddy needs all the love he can get.

Yes I do, especially after the weekend I had. Sick, Nats losing, getting my ass jumped by whinySportsJournalists.com's membership. I need love and a new pair of shoes or two.

WhinySportsJournalists.com is only a very, very, very small percentage of the SportsJournalists.com Nation I love, by the way.
