Inmate sues prison for saving his life

    Says he told guards he didn't want to be resuscitated after he experienced sleep apnea. Says he's innocent of the crime and sick of being in prison wrongfully, so he'd rather die.

    I do see the guy's point. Sometimes life can be so painful it ceases to be worth living.

    And if he wasn't resucitated, his family would be suing the state for allowing him to die.

    News flash: Prisoners file crazy lawsuits.

    Anyone who tries to connect this to "our litigious society," the need for "TORT REFORM!!!111EWLEVENTY!" etc., etc., etc., is reeeeeeeeeaching.
