    Didn't watch the race, didn't care, but judging by everyone's coverage, I'm guessing Danica Patrick should be in the headline. Like:

    Danica doesn't win, but does well

    Patrick still hot, even though she lost

    Somebody else won, Danica still gets headline

    Helio got the headline on the AP story in the local daily, but the staff-written sidebar was about Danica.

    "Dancing dude doesn't get beat by chick" (New York talk show host I had the great misfortune of listening to for about 3 seconds on the drive home from the race)

    "Diminutive Brazilian defies IRL brass, climbs fence anyway"

    I'm a crappy headline writer. I'll go to my wife for suggestions. I'd come up with something dumb like "A climb for the ages"
