I'm sick and not coming to work ever

    I'm assuming your place allows sick days? Is there some kind of policy for sick days? Now, if sick days are allowed and people are using their allowed sick days, why does the organization have a problem? Shouldn't the organization not offer sick days if it doesn't want people to take them?

    If there is no policy, are people just calling in sick and then not getting paid? If that is the case, why would the organization tolerate workers who don't want to get paid and call in sick all the time?
