    Two thoughts:

    Who uses a phrase like that? Did she smash into the house and tell the owner, "I'm going to physically assault you. And if that doesn't make you stop, I'm going to commit homicide!"

    Also, why is it a crime to make a threat like that, anyway. Don't we have a First Amendment right to make stupid comments like that?
