    State police said they arrested a Niantic man Wednesday who called in bomb threat and later asked 911 dispatchers to have officers bring him a cigarette.

    Police said Irock Z. Hill, 22, of 109 Spring Glen Road was arrested in Montville at 6:59 a.m.

    Charged with breach of peace, Hill was released on a $2,500 bond pending his court appearance Jan. 14 in New London Superior Court.
