    A cat? You're talking to a guy who owns two dogs that hate each other and have had to be separated for more than five years. Then again ... maybe a cat is the perfect thing to straighten them out.

    Grow a beard (what I've done this year) or get a tattoo (what I'm doing when I hit 36)

    I'm very familiar with tattoos. I may have to get a new one while I'm vacationing -- to celebrate my brithday.

    What's so special about 36? Why wait till then to get a tattoo?

    Tattoos and facial hair are covered, but I think I'd have to lose about 100 pounds. :)

    I dunno, it gives me something special to do for my 36th birthday, instead of just getting drunk. Besides, I turn 36 in a month and a half, so it ain't that far off.
