    I'd go up to a guy looking in the high-end electronics section... ask him if he'd be willing to give you $99 in cash for your $100 gift card (since he'll be spending a hell of a lot more than that anyway).

    Then I'd take the money, go buy a few 40s of Old English and spend the rest on hookers and blow.
