    This story has more holes than a slice of swiss cheese.


    The mother was 15? What's the age of consent down there anyway?

    Rape - Section 5-14-103 (a) A person commits rape if he engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity with another person:

    1. By forcible compulsion; or
    2. Who is incapable of consent because he is physically helpless; or
    3. Who is less than fourteen (14) years of age. It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this subdivision that the actor was not more than two (2) years older than the victim; or
    4. Not his spouse who is less than sixteen (16) years of age and who is incapable of consent because he is mentally defective or mentally incapacitated

    So did he knock her up when she was 14 (and she just turned 15 in the last week) or has she been 15 for at least 9 months?

    How long ago did he turn 18? Did they do this because he couldn't get punished for impregnanting the mother, so they framed him for raping the baby to see him do jail time?

    Did the grandmother and mother just get tired of hearing the baby's crying and do something to the baby and then blamed the father as revenge for his not taking care of the baby?

    So many unanswered questions. Those are just the tip of the iceberg.

    The victim was 8 days old? Sorry, but castration isn't good enough, slow death penalty, draw and quarter or keel haul.

    I'd like to hear more on this story as the investigation continues. It just doesn't seem to add up, the way it is told. I just want the truly guilty party to pay.
