    SF Chronicle editor high-fives himself over great newsstand sales the morning after the Giants won the series.

    Sorry, but no one cares what was in the paper or the quality of the journalism. One good day of circulation won't help you tomorrow.

    The unfortunate part is that some yahoos are going to look at these numbers a year from now, wonder why circulation and sales are down and hack 20 people because of it.
