    True, but that's basically due to the inherent differences between Midwest and Northeast fans, and Philly and Indy fans more specifically.

    Manning would've taken enormous shit from the locals if he'd been playing in Philly when he had all those playoff collapses in past years, and McNabb would still be wholeheartedly supported by the hometown fans if he'd been playing in Indy. Those two cities just have very different types of fan bases, with Philly fans in particular known more than any other U.S. city for their propensity to boo and be hard on the hometown heros.

    It's been two games. Let's wait until the season ends before saying who had a better 2007 season.

    I don't even know how you could possibly compare a quarterback to a wide receiver in terms of who had a better year. If you wanted to make an argument, throw LT in there and say he had a better year so far than McNabb because his passer rating is higher. But you can't compare a quarterback to a receiver.
