And there's a reason Mike Davis is no longer coaching at Indiana ... (or about 3 ... Josh McRoberts, Mike Conley, Greg Oden being among the others).

Although Vitale loves Knight, I'm not sure RMK would've been able to get McRoberts. Late in his years at IU, he began losing a lot of recruiting battles because his Army-style discipline (and behavior) was suddenly beginning to turn off HS kids who had a choice of going to another top-level program. (heck, it was beginning to turn off kids already at Indiana, too).

Kelvin Sampson would've nabbed them all, though.
