    I have been through Lancaster. I am not surprised this gent is from Lancaster.
    It remains the only place I've seen with propane tanks between the road and the house -- on the inside of a not so gentle C curve. Said house was maybe 30 feet from the inside of the curve; propane tanks were 15 feet from road with no shoulder.
    One miss and Boom goes the dynamite.
