I think spelling should be required in college

I see more of these things happen on a daily basis and it bothers me to think that people are getting degrees in communications then kicking out things like that.

You can butcher spelling but still be a super genius.

 

When I see such mistakes, I stop reading. If the story isn't important enough to the writer to get even the simplest words correct, it isn't important enough to me.

Hey, I saw a Yank around here spell 'glamourous.' We know enough to not put a U in that word.
