    It's the Democrats' fault. ::)

    Of course the kid is to blame for his actions. But from a larger perspective, the guns are a bigger issue.

    I'd much rather blame the kid for attacking the kid with a plastic ruler. But, apparently, he had a gun at his disposal.

    If he had that much of a hard-on to do great bodily damage to the other kid, a knife or lead pipe probably would have been procured.

    One kid murdered another. If he's found guilty, it's his fault. No one else's. Nothing else's.
