I've been a fan of this site and these ideas for a while.

They did a great one at Best Buy where about 40 "agents" showed up to an NYC Best Buy all wearing blue golf shirts and khakis, VERY similar to the Best Bey uniform.

Then they just milled around the store. People were asking them for help. The store wanted to throw them out. It was pretty good.

    Here's the link: http://www.improveverywhere.com/2006/04/23/best-buy/

And this one is good too: http://www.improveverywhere.com/2006/03/08/aspen/

I agree; the Yankee one was good & the Best Buy one was fantastic.

that's really fucking funny. it would've made a great seinfeld episode. danny tartabull could've yelled for rob from right field.

Mash up those ideas and have a thousand people, in accurate unis, jump over the fence onto the field as the lineup changes at an MLB game.

The Home Depot one is good too.

The first episode of "This American Life" on Showtime featured the group's stunt that gave a new band its "best gig ever." It was pretty sad when the band found out its "fans" were phonies.
