How to make those Fuher videos?

    Can anyone point me in the direction of some sort of tutorial on how to make one of those videos with Hitler ranting and raving?

    I need it for work.

    Took me like two months to figure out how to do it last year for the SportsJournalists.com football poll. Still wasn't happy with it. I took the clip, raised the bottom of the screen and put in the subtitles. I know there was an easier way, but I had no idea how.
