    Most definitely a St. Louis thing. "Hoosier" encompasses a whole kind of specific lifestyle, and the term is not used kindy.

    And, from the license plate, Iowa is Idiots Out Wandering Around.

    I saw someone on a Tennessean (the newspaper) message board refer to a "Blue Tag" from Michigan yesterday, which was a new one on me. And the racists in other parts of the state will occasionally make derisive remarks about "Memfrica."
