I apologize if you've already answered the question, Redneck, but how in the hell did you even find that story? In a paper from a country made famous by deadly Kool-Aid?

 

Okay, I read the first page and I'm too lazy to sift through the rest of it.

But, it the gist of the original question "How do you call out a deaf man?"

It might be fairly difficult.
