How do I download a ringtone?

I'm a cell phone moron. I admit it.
I want a new ringtone on my Samsung phone, from Alltel. How do I do it?

If it's not there, you can upload it to their site. It will then create the ringtone, send you a text with a link and download it from there.

And it's all free.

 

What if I don't have text capabilty on my phone. I can recieve txts, but I can't send them.
