I think the reason Brady won't get killed as much over it is that he's not banging NFL groupies hanging out in hotel lobbies. He's knocking up millionaire celebrities with classy images. I'm not saying whether any of that is right or wrong, but you can guarantee if this was just some 25 year old girl the reaction would be much different than it being a movie star and supermodel.
