Horrendous Indy car crash in Vegas -- Update: RIP Dan Wheldon

    15 cars 13 laps in. Cars airborne. Dan Wheldon airlifted out in very, very serious condition. It's on ABC, where they're talking to a bunch of shellshocked drivers under a red flag.

    This one's bad, folks.

    Certainly does, Dick. And it should reopen the conversation on whether these cars should be racing on the 1.5-mile ovals. I find the racing exciting, but it's not worth that.
