Hillary says Pledged Delegates are up for grabs

    I have friends who did it in CT. I doubt it is enough to make a huge difference but it could be an argument used by the Clintons in trying to get FLA and Mich reinstated.

    She's right.
    The same way that Electoral College voters don't have to follow their state.
    It happened in 2004 when someone voted for John Edwards as president.
    And she may also have a point. This may not be a perfect example, but if you were a delegate from a district where the majority of the vote went to Hillary, but because of the oddball way some states do delegates, the state went to Obama, then that seems reasonable.
    But that is also good for Obama. Pledged delegates could go for him from states that went with Hillary.
    Seems like it could be opening a big can of trouble regardless.

    And I have zero doubt that you had people vote for Obama simply as a way not to vote for Hillary. No doubt at all.
