I'll take fresh tuna over either any day.

 

But is has to be fresh FRESH. Truly fresh tuna is what the gods probably eat. Even half a step down in quality makes it like 50 percent less good.

 

Grilled tuna steaks are tremendous. Snapper, when cooked well, is good.

 

I'm with you on that. I used to live on the Outer Banks and there was nothing like eating tuna for dinner when you knew it had been swimming that morning.

 

I think the next step is a proposal for Tuna & BJ Day -- which is, what, when you do 69?

 

Is this "holiday" just for men? I mean is it considered sacrilegious to want to return the favor?
