    But is has to be fresh FRESH. Truly fresh tuna is what the gods probably eat. Even half a step down in quality makes it like 50 percent less good.

    Grilled tuna steaks are tremendous. Snapper, when cooked well, is good.

    I'm with you on that. I used to live on the Outer Banks and there was nothing like eating tuna for dinner when you knew it had been swimming that morning.

    Is this "holiday" just for men? I mean is it considered sacrilegious to want to return the favor?
