I am not and never will be a Herm Edwards fan.

Anyone that calls for screen passes and plunges on third-and-long will never (I mean e-e-e-e-ver) get my respect.

Tom, as a loyal fan of the BAFL, Royals (we need an acronym for them too) and the BBOC, I know all about losers. Yet I keep coming back for more ... oh well, at least the BBOC finally gave me a reason to cheer!

I think the unemployed Mike Solari called those awful plays.

"... The system helped take the Chiefs to unprecedented heights under Vermeil. The Chiefs were annually among the highest scoring teams in the NFL."

Then Herm Edwards took over, hiring Solari as the O.C.

Things have not been the same since.

It was Edwards' offense and it always will be Edwards' offense.

Edwards sucks, he's a weak coach, weak personnel guy and lacks the guts to take any heat.
He'll never win a playoff game and it's incredibly doubtful he'll ever coach in one.
Kansas City will continue to be a losing franchise as long as he is HC. Too bad columnists like Whitlock aren't personally invested in their opinions. It would be nice if Whitlock put up something personal to back his completely irrational man-love for Herm.

    Channeling the Ving-ster:

Herm is pretty fucking far from being far from the problem.

    King Carl is the cancer.

Herm Edwards is salt in the open wound.

Both need to be removed before healing can take place.

That sort of destroys the idea of channeling the Ving-ster.
