Here's the Joker....

He wishes he could quit Batman.

 

I like yours better, too, but I get the idea of making the Joker look more repulsive than anything. They can still get across his manic side as much with behavior as the look.

No offense, PhilaYank, but your Joker looks like he should be playing bass for Poison.

Nolan's Joker (or at least the pic of Ledger) looks a lot grittier, scarier.

 

I think both shots could be accurate: maybe the grittier, more distorted, deformed-face version is a view of Jack Napier, Joe Kerr, or whatever name they give him, immediately after falling in the caustic chemical bath and having his skin scorched and bleached into the Joker face, then the other shot after he's had time to heal and "get used" to being the Joker.

 

If there were a villain called the Dick of Death, Milton Berle would be it.

 

Other than Eartha Kitt and Julie Newmar, I have no idea who played Catwoman.

Actually, he was Louie the Lilac, another made-for-TV villain. Lee Meriwether was the other Catwoman, but not on the show. She was in the film.

She did play an heiress on the show, however, and was kidnapped by which villain?

As for those Joker takes, they've got noting on the JDV photo. I'll be haunted for the rest of my days.

 

She was really good in the role, too. I know Julie Newmar became the icon, but Eartha's C-dubs just seemed more evil.

 

Are Fox and Warner Bros. still fighting over the money from the release? We'll never see these on DVD, will we?
