    On MLB.com they are touting job opportunities. In following the links, you end up at Monster.com.

    Lo and behold, there are 30 "sports reporter" jobs.

    Are ANY of these real?

    I don't even know what this is, but I applied simply because I'm at my mother-in-law's house. i.e. I'm bored to tears.

    I work with a guy who worked for MLB.com in Tampa. I'm betting it's not the kind of job that's posted on a Web site.

    There was a thread a couple months ago about this. The guy who works for mlb.com said they often posted openings to get a good applicant pool but really only had a couple positions that opened each year.
