    This is a good idea, because a dated sitcom that is more remembered for its dumb (but catchy) theme song than the actual show screams box office success.

    They must really be running out of 60s sitcoms to develop into movies. Is F Troop next up, or do we skip right ahead into a "Please don't squeeze the Charmin" feature film?

    Actually, "Green Acres" could be howlingly funny now if it turned out the denizens of Hooterville were rabid teabaggers and survivalists.
