Help with making animated GIFs!

    I am trying to make an animated GIF and haven't a clue. Can one do it in Photoshop? Every time I open a GIF in Photoshop, an alert pops up telling me the animation will be lost.

    i think you need to use adobe imageready instead of photoshop, but i'm not sure about that.
