Maybe I'll just starting chugging mouthwash like the alcoholic mother of three on Intervention last night. She didn't have any problems sleeping -- even on the front lawn.

I was drinking wine and some hard tea for a few nights. Just one a night. When I stopped, the sleeplessness started. I told Doc I'm going to drink a glass of wine tonight before I go to bed and if I can sleep, we've figured out that I'm an alcoholic...or we figured out that my body got used to falling asleep with alcohol and i need to figure something else out.

Actually, I saw a stat that about 20 percent of alcoholics started drinking regularly as a way to get to sleep easier.
