And on that note, I'm going to try falling asleep again. G'night!

I can't sleep either. Any little noise wakes me up anymore.

We'll find something that'll put us into snoozeland.

Maybe this'll help ya get to sleep, Diabeetus. I just totaled the Little League team's 3-game run at States:

    • 27 for 76 (.355 average)
    • scored 19 runs
    • 18 RBI (8 out of 12 players had at least one)
    • 2 homers, 2 triples, double
    • 5 stolen bases
    • went 7 for 18 at first-pitch swings, but 3 for the last 15, and 0 for 4 in the final game
    • pitchers threw 18 innings, gave up 26 hits (6 homers), 17 runs with 15 K's and 7 walks
    • threw only 3 wild pitches
    • the defense made only one error

    Asleep yet? :D

I take melatonin</a> every night about an hour before I want to go to sleep and it seems to help a lot. It's over-the-counter and you can get it at more drug stores or health-food stores.

I take melatonin when I'm on the road since I don't sleep well in hotels... Works like a charm...

Hey, Mizzou: All that sleep helped me beat you on that by 23 seconds. :)

I have some muscle and nerve stuff in my back that sometimes keeps me awake.

Couple of Tylenol PM and I am good for the night.

Yup, Tylenol PM works great, although I'll be a bit dopey the morning after I take it. Nyquil was tremendous, although I haven't taken it in awhile, so didn't know about the change in formula. Damn.

F....g socialist government in my country won't allow Tylenol PM on the shelves, so have to pick it up on the road.

We do, however, have Advil Platinum and codeine you can get without a prescription :D
