According to this he's in critical. I've also heard some rumors that he's dead.

ESPN is saying they still have him on life support, that his mother will make a decision later tonight or tomorrow. Apparently he had a heart attack this morning.

They are saying he's brain dead. I will always remember him as a great interview.

Terrific fighter and the kind of personality that is sorely lacking in boxing today.

    What Drip and Huggy said.

Once did a live radio interview with him - while he was eating. Real obvious, especially when he let out a huge belch. One of a kind.

I remember reading once that he got pulled over for driving too slow in south Florida. The cops found Camacho naked behind the wheel. With a lovely, nude woman on his lap.

Reports are that Camacho' family will let him die in peace.

Reminds me of an incident involving Jose Lind. ;D

I've got a couple of similar stories. One thing I can say, he always made the interviewer at ease with a joke or a sly smile. And he never took the "no comment" route to a hard question.

I have a friend who was a sparring partner for Camacho, Vernon Forrest and Arturo Gatti.
