Heath Ledgers performance as the Joker

I've been hearing some great things about his role in the upcoming installment of Batman.

It looks like he pulled it off. This version of the Joker looks so sadistic, sinister and bloodthirsty.

I have a feeling he going to turn into a modern day James Dean, his image as the Joker memorialized on t-shirts and memorabilia when it's all said and done.

Hell with that. I'm going to remember him as Mel Gibson's patriotic young son.

    LOL!!!

Seriously...there's been some great reviews about his performance. And viewing the snippets of Youtube clips with him playing the Joker already has me excited to watch the movie. He looks like he really pulled it off.

Really looking forward to taking in his performance. One minor bitch I have tho - the Joker looks like a vagrant, a bum in Dark Knight. In the comics, he is always dressed to the nines.

Given the identity of this forum's moderator, it would make more sense if you gave your monitor a flying headbutt.

  11. Read Kevin Smith's review of "Dark Knight" somewhere and he f-ing loved it, which is a good sign to me.

Apparently Ledger's performance is getting Oscar buzz.
    I'll say that again.
Oscar buzz for a role in a super-hero movie.

Frick on a stick, I am pumped for this movie.

But would there be Oscar buzz if Ledger was still alive?
