This is the year ... for what I'm not sure but I do believe it will be the year for something big to happen. I hope it's something good.

Well, nine hours in, 2014 stinks. I came down with a miserable cold and my shoulder is hurting again.

I was in bed by 9 p.m. last night and still feel like poop this morning.

The good news is, with a start like that, it's only going to improve.

Happy 2014. It does look like a beautiful day outside.

 

2013 can go rot in the special hell previously reserved only for 2012.

2014? We can be besties.

 

I don't know if we're simply one year closer to the end, or if we're embarking on a wonderful new passage that will be the best year ever. What do you think?

I do hope better times are ahead in 2014. The last two years have been all right, but I want to do more writing.
