With the exception of about six weeks in 1980, I've had a mustache since 1974. My kids, the oldest of whom is 26, have never seen my upper lip. So what I do?

Brown ribbon sounds like a plan (LOL).

And George Parros of the Ducks shaves off his famous moustache just to grow it again in November.

Good stuff, George, but you don't look so tough without the 'stache.

I am now contemplating shaving my beard and just rocking the 'stache for the rest of the month.

You know what would really make it stand out? Shave your head too.

I keep my hair at a 1 on eht barber's razor, and it's blonde and gray.
That means it looks like a complete dome job anyway.

I look like Cody Ross if his beard was 70 percent gray.

I'm 38 and I grow facial hair that only a middle schooler would be proud of, so no stache for me.

On the upside, I only shave twice a week.

If you just said the word "movember" to someone out of context and asked them what it might possibly refer to, you'd wait a long time to get anywhere near anything having to do with moustaches.

that first syllable will throw people in entirely different directions.

It's OK, John. It takes me a good two weeks to get any sort of hair on my face. I'm 29 ! ha
