    the guy who wrote the festivus episode was on bob edwards today. the story is rooted in his family history -- the guy's dad invented festivus in the 1960s. there was an actual airing of grievances but no feats of strength. apologies to all who knew that.

    after the guy was on the show, jerry stiller and anne meara were on.

    Here's a California jail inmate who wants special meals because he claims to celebrate Festivus (Oh, good....Just when I thought there weren't enough frivoulous ideas for legal action in the world, this idiot finds one).
