Here's hoping all the fathers, soon-to-be-fathers, and wannabe fathers have a great day!

And one particular shout-out to AlleyAllen: here's hoping this Father's Day with your boy is especially sweet.

The same to all of you as well...

And to quote Ralph Kiner, on this Father's Day, we'd like to wish all of you a Happy Birthday.

    Happy Father's Day! :) ...

And please don't celebrate your Dads on just this day alone.

Hell, I need to give my Dad lots of hugs for dealing with me through my teenage years - geez, car accidents, speeding tickets, boys, parties, boys, travel teams that took the entire weekend, boys, and all the other stuff that goes into being a parent.

    Agreed.

  8. OK, then.
To all our fathers, and to our sons and daughters.

this is a strange father's day for my family. it's sad because my the clock is ticking on my grandpa and he won't be around for another father's day. my mom is not having a very fun day. for me, this is the last father's day on which i won't be a dad.

FWIW, one of the few things I've learned is that if you want to be a good father, be a good son. Or son-in-law.
