OK, admittedly I don't listen to whatever kind of music Florence and the Machine is/are. But how in the hell is she included in that lineup?

Christina getting this gig is like Big Ben getting to play another football this weekend.
I was rooting for her, but Florence did seem overmatched.

Okay, time for Killick to be pilloried.

Can't stand Aretha, have never liked her music.

    Have at it.

Eh, music is the most subjective thing there is. Can't hate you for your tastes.

Aretha's lost a lot of weight. Not sure whether or not it's a good thing.

Um, if Maddona's already pissed she ripped off "Express Yourself" for this song, maybe the dance moves and blonde ponytail aren't really the way to smooth that over?

    Just saying.

Is this not the melody to a Madonna song? Express Yourself?

Although the cones are on her shoulders, not her boobs.

Nice Michael Jackson tribute though, grabbing her crotch every 10 seconds.

I don't know who that is either.

Did they give a reason for why they opened the show with a(n extended) Aretha Franklin tribute? I had to double check to make sure she hadn't died.
