    Hope this is allowed; but heartwarming story I read today:

    What tugs at my (old) heartstrings is the fact that people have to put things on layaway; that was/is a relic from my memories of the 70's (and earlier) when people saved for these things. The darker side to me was that people were basically giving $$ to the stores and had no recourse if they couldn't pay the full price.

    Anyways, great stuff Mr. Perry.
