Gonna be in San Juan, PR, for a few days

I hear Tim Tebow is awfully popular down there.

 

That's a nice place. Nothing over-the-top fancy. Just a nice hotel with a few tables on the second floor.

Mid-Major team stayed there a few years ago. Newspaper saved a few dollars by putting me up down the street. It sucked. Worse than a Motel 6 with a "RENOVATIONS IN PROGRESS SIGN" at the front desk.

Enjoy the fried plantains and the sangria from a place two blocks to the left when you walk out of the plaza.

 

I wish I would have had time to do something cool like this or go scuba-diving.

A Mid-Major fan told me after the trip he wished he would have left the golf clubs at home.
