    Davy's Uptown Ramblers Club - it's in KC. The Wagon Wheel in Lawrence.

    I would have something except that I can't remember the name of either bar I've been to in Topeka, although one was in an converted Quik Trip across from the hospital. I don't know if that means they were they good or that bad.
