Loved the defence attorney's two wrongs make a right argument "well she lied to investigators so that makes it ok for us to lie now!" I wish we could get away with that. Also thedirty.com guy arguing that he can't fact check cause he gets 30,000 tips a month is just pure laziness. It didn't show lack of malice or motive, as he argued, his site's name is thedirty.com, he makes his money by furthering salacious stories. Thats all the motive he needs. I'm surprised there wasn't a "I'm rubber you're glue" argument made.

 

Re-trial starts again, and it's getting nasty. But, the victim with whom she became a convicted felon? He is now her fiance! Should we send a gift off the registry?

This might be the champion of crazee. I do have a hard time believing she boned the entire Bengals team, though. Maybe just the defense and the punter and kicker.

So it does appear that as a factual matter, it could not be proven that she banged every single Cincinnati Bengals player.

But she and her victim-turned-fiance have a nice little wedding fund now. That's too bad. It was going to be a hell of a "dollar dance" at the wedding.
