Good thing MLB kept that first positive test a secret, though.

The first rule of fight club mlb's testing policy: Don't talk about fight club mlb's responsibility for its steroid mess.

MLB continues to throw away any effort to create some long-term good with the players' union in a clumsy bid for immediate gratification.

    Giambi has ADD.

I'm sure this is what will be stated at some point.

I'm not sure MLB could be handling the confidentiality of these tests in a worse manner.

MLB kind of enjoyed using the government hammer to get the Players Association to re-open the CBA on drug-testing and these days figures it's the one issue on which it has some leverage. Anyone want to venture a guess as to the conclusions of the Mitchell report? Shouldn't be too difficult.
